Please use our sizing guide when selecting your size. Other brands may have different sizing charts that don’t match ours. To ensure you pick the correct size, it’s important to use our guide and refer to your actual measurements. Please take a moment to double-check before placing your order.

Please note that on different devices color tone may look differently (which is why we offer free fabric samples). There may be slight variations in color tone between different bolts of fabric. To keep your dresses consistent in color, it’s important to discuss the required quantity with us to avoid any differences. To secure the color, please contact us and add a comment to your order with the total quantity needed. Also we offer free fabric samples so you can always check the fabric and color first before purchase.

Fabric Color Tone, Quality and Fabric Swatches

We would like to kindly remind you that due to differences in screen settings and device specifications, the color tone of our fabrics may appear slightly different on various devices. We understand that it is important for you to select the perfect color tone for your project or occasion, which is why we offer fabric samples for your convenience.

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with our fabric quality and color tone, we can ship you a selection of fabric samples. All you need to do is cover the cost of shipping and let us know which colors you would like to receive. Please follow the link to get fabric samples.

Custom and personalized orders

We always ask for your measurements to ensure that we create the perfect dress for you. This has resulted that 99% of our customers being happy with their purchase experience at our atelier. However, it's important to understand that we all have different body types, and sometimes it can be challenging to create a perfect fit for non-standard shapes. Additionally, the accuracy of the measurements you provide is crucial.

Returns & exchanges

We can sew the dress or jumpsuit using your measurements, which means it will fit you perfectly and you don't need to make local alterations (if the measurements are correct! We also offer free fabric samples if you’d like to check the color and fabric first (colors may appear slightly different on different devices!). Please contact us for more details - we are always willing to help our customers in case of any issues.

We are a made-to-order boutique and we are against wasting our planet's resources. We’ll sew the dress using your measurements (free of charge!) so it will fit you perfectly.

We gladly accept exchanges within a 14-day return window.
We don’t accept cancellations, but please contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order.
We don’t accept returns of personalized orders, as they are sewn specially for your body and height and we can't resell it but please contact us as we are always glad to find the best way to solve the problem.
We don’t accept any claims after 14 days of delivery.
We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply (please contact us if you have any questions).

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping Items

In order to exchange an order, you must contact us first.
Please take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used it will be utilized.
