DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please enter your full physical address and your mobile phone number when making your purchase so we can deliver your order to your chosen destination.
Please note: DHL Express and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes and without phone number. Shipping is only possible with a full physical address and a mobile phone number from the same country.
We are a small atelier, but we know how to work fast. :)

Producing and shipping to the US (via USPS Priority) usually takes 13–17 days (tariffs included).

Producing and shipping to EU countries and the UK usually takes 14–16 days.

Producing and shipping to Switzerland usually takes 14–16 days.

Producing and shipping to Canada (via FedEx) usually takes 15–19 days.

Producing and shipping to Australia and New Zealand (via FedEx) usually takes 15–19 days.

Producing and shipping to other countries (via FedEx) usually takes 15–19 days.
If you need very fast delivery, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm if it’s possible to rush your order - this will help avoid misunderstandings.
Please also be aware that during holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Important: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
ORDER TRACKING
You can check the status of your order at any time in the My Account section. If you have difficulties, you can always contact us.
If your purchase has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please check your email - you may have already received a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you purchased please contact us.
To arrange a return for exchange, please contact us first to receive the return address of our atelier.
